Refund policy

All sales are FINAL. There will be no refunds or exchanges unless there was an error on my part. Do to the custom nature of the product NO returns or cancellations are accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do so within 3 days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Disclaimer. Shipping and return policies. All wooden items are laser cut and engraved. Some charring and wood imperfections may appear. All sales are final. Once shipped, it is out of my hands. No returns unless it is my mistake. Please let me know within 3 days. Shipping is based on weight and goes up accordingly. Current TAT is up to 10 Business Days. Hats and 3D prints are up to 10 Business Days. Route is added automatically to the cart. This is an insurance to ensure safety on your package. IF you remove ROUTE at checkout items can NOT be replaced. so I highly recommend leaving it on your checkout! When you file a claim with route, you can choose to have your order refunded or replaced. Route does NOT cover shipping when you choose refund. Meaning, you will NOT be refunded what you paid in shipping.
